Terms of sale for lead data

Business contact data. Each product says its source, age band, and consent class on the product page and in the delivered file. Unless a record is marked as a consented lead, it is a data list: no prior express written consent is on file for it.

We verify line type (wireless / landline / VoIP) and National Do-Not-Call status on each record at the time of delivery and include the result and the scrub date in your file. Stated revenue is stated by the merchant, not verified.

You will comply with the TCPA, the National DNC Registry, and state telemarketing and texting laws (including Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, Washington, and Maryland) before contacting any record.

You will not use an autodialer, prerecorded voice, or bulk SMS on records that are not marked as consented leads. You will re-scrub before each campaign and honor opt-outs within 10 business days.

Data is licensed for your internal use only. No resale, sharing, or blending into another list for redistribution.

We never sell the same record to the same buyer twice, and never to a buyer whose BrokerStack desk already holds it.

Past applicants, verified merchants, and UCC records are sold to at most three buyers in any 90-day window; business data to at most five. The exclusive option locks a record to you for 30 days.

Within 7 days of delivery, records that are disconnected, outside the states you ordered, duplicated within the order, or confirmed permanently closed are replaced or credited, up to 15% of the order value. Credits are applied to your balance; there are no cash refunds.

Not covered: no answer, not interested, wrong industry when industry was not part of your filter.

Send us opt-outs and do-not-contact requests you receive; we suppress them across every buyer. Do-not-contact dispositions made inside the BrokerStack desk are suppressed automatically.

You indemnify BrokerStack against claims arising from your use of the data. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

We keep a record of every sale (what, to whom, when) for five years.
